Cancellation / refund policy Our company applies the right to withdraw from the distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013) – and the customer can return the products he has bought from online store because it simply changed its mind, within fourteen (14) days of receipt The return of the products will be done only with their original packaging and within 14 calendar days from the day of sending it to the customer. The customer bears the shipping costs. No product will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of purchase. If the product and its packaging are in good condition, the customer will credit the corresponding amount. Otherwise it will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
